As an individual and athlete, you are more complex than one type of treatment can possibly address. At JADA, we select the best combination of therapies and treatments to create a personal plan for you at your appointment.


MAIN SERVICES

The two main services we offer are acupuncture and massage sessions. Once you book your main treatment, your JADA practitioner may add an additional service (below) as a part of your treatment, depending on your unique goals and needs.

Acupuncture:  A practice of inserting fine needles through the skin at specific points to alleviate pain and  treat various physical, mental, and emotional conditions.   Dry Needling:  Also know as myofascial trigger point acupuncture. It is the practice of inserting fine needles through the skin into trigger points to help relieve pain and release muscular adhesions.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES: TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINE

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is a holistic approach to healing through acupuncture, Chinese herbs, food therapy, cupping, auricular acupuncture, tui na, and gua sha. Depending on your unique needs, your JADA practitioner may add the following services as a part of your acupuncture/dry needling treatment.

ELECTRO-ACUPUNCTURE

A therapy that involves scraping the skin with a massage tool to improve circulation and reduce inflammation/adhesions.

FOOD THERAPY
